About Top Shelf Credit Repair

Top Shelf Credit Repair (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a credit repair organization operating in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We provide credit education, dispute facilitation, and credit restoration services to consumers (“Client”, “you”, or “your”).Top Shelf Credit Repair (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a credit repair organization operating in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We provide credit education, dispute facilitation, and credit restoration services to consumers (“Client”, “you”, or “your”).

Services Offered

Top Shelf Credit Repair offers the following services:

  • Credit report analysis and review
  • Dispute letter preparation and submission on your behalf
  • Goodwill letter writing to creditors
  • Credit education and coaching
  • Tradeline services (authorized user additions)
  • Business credit building guidance
  • AI-powered credit optimization strategies

 

Services are rendered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your service agreement or invoice.

No Guarantee of Results

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW:

Top Shelf Credit Repair cannot legally guarantee or promise any specific outcome or result, including the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary for each individual client depending on their unique credit history, creditor responses, and other factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee: a specific credit score increase, removal of any specific negative item, approval for any loan or credit product, or any particular result within a stated time frame.

CROA Disclosure

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA):

  • You have the right to cancel any contract with us within 3 business days of signing, with no obligation or penalty.
  • You may dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself at no charge by contacting the credit bureaus directly (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) at AnnualCreditReport.com.
  • We are prohibited by law from making any untrue or misleading statements about the services we will provide.
  • It is illegal for credit repair companies to charge you before services are fully performed (prepayment may apply for tradeline services; see Section 8).

Client Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

Provide accurate, truthful information during enrollment and throughout the engagement

Your responsibilities as a client include:

  • Promptly forward all correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors to Top Shelf Credit Repair
  • Notify us immediately if you receive any settlement offers or if a creditor contacts you directly
  • Refrain from opening new accounts, making large purchases, or taking actions that could negatively impact your credit without consulting us first
  • Keep your contact information current
  • Maintain a valid payment method on file

Accurate Information Requirement

You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information when working with Top Shelf Credit Repair. You acknowledge that it is illegal to make false statements or misrepresentations to creditors or credit bureaus. We will not assist in any effort to create a new credit identity, use a different Social Security Number, or engage in any activity that constitutes fraud.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. General terms include:

  • Monthly service fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Fees are charged for each month of active service
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer
  • Late payments may result in a suspension of services
  • Returned payments may incur a $25 returned payment fee

 

Tradeline services are priced separately and require payment in advance of service delivery. Please refer to our Pricing page or your tradeline order confirmation for specific pricing.

Tradeline Services

Tradeline services involve the temporary addition of you as an authorized user to a seasoned credit account held by one of our card holders. By purchasing tradeline services, you agree:

  • Payment for tradeline services is due upfront prior to placement
  • Tradeline placements are for a specified posting period (typically 30-60 days)
  • We cannot guarantee that a tradeline will post to all three bureaus or remain posted for the entire term
  • Credit score results from tradeline additions vary and are not guaranteed

Tradeline fees are non-refundable once the tradeline has been posted to your credit report

Intellectual Property

All content on the Top Shelf Credit Repair website, including text, graphics, logos, templates, dispute letters, training materials, and educational content, is the exclusive property of Top Shelf Credit Repair and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal and financial information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing credit repair services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to perform our services (e.g., submitting disputes to credit bureaus on your behalf) or as required by law. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOP SHELF CREDIT REPAIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top Shelf Credit Repair, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state in which our principal office is located.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Top Shelf Credit Repair operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms

Top Shelf Credit Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or posting on our website.
